These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KO Trainer mobile application ("App"), owned and operated by Life Means Change, LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using KO Trainer, you agree to these Terms.

KO Trainer is an educational application designed to help users learn and practice the Knock-Out (KO) blackjack card counting system through interactive training exercises and simulations.

KO Trainer is intended solely for educational and skill-development purposes.

User Responsibilities

By using KO Trainer, you agree to:

  • Refrain from attempting to copy, reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the application without permission.

Subscriptions

KO Trainer may offer monthly, annual, and lifetime purchase options.

Subscriptions are processed securely through Apple's App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID account settings before the renewal date.

All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are subject to Apple's App Store policies.

Intellectual Property

All content within KO Trainer, including but not limited to:

  • Software

  • Design

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Training exercises

  • Written content

is the property of Life Means Change, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

KO Trainer is intended as an educational training tool.

We do not guarantee any particular level of blackjack performance, financial outcome, or gambling success through use of the app.

Users are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Means Change, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use KO Trainer.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated or if continued use poses a risk to the app, our users, or our business.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of KO Trainer after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
